Happy Friday!
This weekend is jam packed with baking, shooting photos, visiting MOLLY YEH’S BOOK TOUR SIGNING IN MINNEAPOLIS, and biking (of course). I’m working on finalizing my pumpkin scone recipe with maple cinnamon frosting and (?) caramel drizzle. Are you drooling yet?
I’m also working on some fall muesli and vegan chai cheesecake with – you guessed it, caramel drizzle! Long story short, I need to also work on my caramel sauce recipe. We’re talking 2-3 ingredients and one of them could be bourbon. Okay, so maybe there’s 4 ingredients if you include salt. Salt, brown sugar, coconut cream, and bourbon (optional).
It’s been a while since I posted a Friday favorites so I’m sharing some fall recipes that have been catching my eye out on the interwebs recently.
ON TO THE RECIPES.
This 1-bowl pumpkin cake is for SURE on the list. Are you kidding me?! While the ingredient list is a tad longer than most of Dana’s recipes, you can certainly feel good better about eating this beauty.

Pumpkin Crumb Cake Muffins from Sally’s Baking Addiction look like the ultimate Saturday-on-the-couch-muffin-party. I think I will try to vegan-ize these bad boys because I don’t want to live in a world that doesn’t include pumpkin crumb cake muffins.

These cinnamon rolls from Oh Ladycakes are looking so good I could eat the whole pan. And you know what else? NO BUTTAH. Coconut oil is a magical thing, folks.
